Exympower Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is India’s First Lactoferrin manufacturing plant and a dynamic nutraceutical unit dedicated to evolve as a global leader. We fractionate our products from colostrum collected after calving from first two milkings of the indigenous cows.
Lactoferrin, Lactoperoxidase, Proline Rich Polypeptide (PRP), Immunoglobulin, Milk Fat Globular Membrane (MFGM), Fat Cream Powder and Casein are our main products. These are extracted on the basis of their molecular size, weight and miscibility using advanced technologies in a state of art manufacturing and testing facility.

Products
The Colostrum is a treasure with numerous components which promote immunity, gut health, physical and mental wellbeing and overall development in humans, especially newborns. Millions of scientific literature support and have proved its curing and healing properties for young and old aged people with metabolic diseases, such as diabetes and autoimmune disorders.
Different colostrum components are separated / produced in our company like Lactoferrin, Proline Rich Polypeptide (PRP), Immunoglobulin G (IgG), Cream Powder, Fat Powder, and Casein.
The aim of our meticulous team of plant workers, technicians, experts, engineers and scientists is to ensure that these products are of highest quality and purity achieved as per international standards. These are Non-Genetically modified products (NGMO), Halal, free from any preservatives and with no additives. These are packed under hygienic conditions as per the market requirement.

This facility is equipped with latest technologies like high performance filtration unit assemblies and Chromatography. The analytical testing lab and Microbiology lab are also well equipped with various instruments, such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography Unit, Spectrophotometer, Stability Chambers and Incubators.

He is the main Driving Force of Exympower Pvt. Ltd.
With over three decades of manufacturing, marketing and distribution experience, he has successfully established various industries in the healthcare, nutraceutical and Biotechnology sector. His professional journey of 21 years in colostrum industry has made him a pioneer in the manufacturing of Freeze Dried and fat free whole Colostrum from derived from A-2 milk of indigenous cows in India. His passion has been to promote the power of various nutraceutical products fractionated from colostrum in saving human lives. By means of Exympower Innovation, he wishes to extend the tremendous benefits of these products to all human beings for improving their immunity and health.

Being a Gynaecologist she has studied from various countries, holds a gold medalist degree from Germany .As a Doctor she ensures her patients get maximum care and good health. She always had a vision of giving everyone a healthy lifestyle, free from using synthetic food supplements and artificial ingredients, including her special concerns for baby foods, malnutrition in newborns and healthcare issues in women. By means of Exympower Innovation, she wishes to extend the magical benefits of these products to all human beings for improving their immunity and health.

Technical Advisor and Partner
Aditi is a result oriented professional with 12+ years of experience in Biotechnology based companies and CRO with Ph.D. in Applied Biology. She is highly accomplished biotechnology professional with extensive experience in cancer biology, biologics, and bioassays. She has a proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects in drug discovery, drug development, and interdisciplinary research. She has an expertise in regulatory requirements and cross-functional project management, Development and implementation of Quality Systems and CSV.
Dr. Priyanka Sharma
Research and QC Head
With over 17 years of vast research experience in Biotechnology, she has strong expertise in varied fields of genomics, proteomics, immunomodulation and nutraceutical research. She did her post doctoral work on genomic analysis on livestocks and cancer genomics, besides supervising numerous projects in state and central government. She is proficient in working with Advanced HPLC systems, latest Next Generation Sequencing platforms, Gene and Protein expression systems and high-end computational data analysis.
Moinulhque Saiyad
Lab Chemist
As a medical biotechnologist, he is an expert of latest molecular biology techniques, advanced protein expression analysis, biochemical assays, including chromatography, clinical sample testing, cell imaging and developmental biology experiments. In addition, he is trained well in preclinical testing of bioactives on rodents and zebrafish models.
Noman Bhurawala
Lab Chemist
Being a biochemist, he is proficient in different biochemical analytical assays, calibrations systems, different types of microscopy and chromatography techniques. He has worked on preparing and testing of different formulations, including anti-cancer drugs on multiple cell lines and pre-clinical systems. He also skilled in pathological sample handling and microbiology techniques.
Suraj Khalate
Plant Head
Suraj monitors the execution of overall site activities and coordinates colostrum resources. He works persistently day and night to ensure smooth functioning of the plant. An engineer by education, his relentless efforts ensure the best utilization of resources, error free production, and processing, packaging and continuous supply. He never compromises on quality and values his manpower to thrive the best of each individual.
Ms. Shobhana Liman

Ms. Shobhana Liman has recently completed her master’s in Biotechnology. She is currently involved in Quality Assurance process and actively monitoring all documentation process of production and QC lab on routine basis.
